Ms Palmer has more than 29 years of professional experience in audit and assurance. She spent 19 years with EY, ultimately as an equity partner, before becoming an Executive Director and Partner at Pitcher Partners.
Her experience spans companies operating in Australia, the United Kingdom, Africa, Europe and the Americas. At EY, Ms Palmer worked primarily in assurance and led the Financial Accounting Advisory Services team in Perth, supporting resources companies with external audit, technical accounting, regulatory advice, transactions and finance-function matters.
Ms Palmer is Chair of Boss Energy's Audit Committee and a member of the Human Resources Committee.
