General Counsel Kathryn Walker Kathryn Walker is General Counsel of Boss Energy, having joined the Company in August 2026. She has more than 20 years’ experience advising on complex major projects in the highly regulated energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. Her experience covers the full project lifecycle, from project establishment, regulatory approvals and land access agreements through to the development of delivery and contracting models, contract negotiation, project execution, and ongoing operations and maintenance. Before joining Boss Energy, Kathryn was General Counsel at Symphony Infrastructure Partners and, previously, a partner at Piper Alderman Lawyers. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Kathryn has more than 12 years’ experience as a partner in private legal practice and more than 10 years’ experience as a director. General Manager Conrad Wilkins Conrad s a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy. Conrad joined Boss Energy from WGA in Adelaide, where he worked as Process Technical lead and has over 20 years of Process Engineering experience with a strong focus on project and design management.
Wellfields Technical Lead Olivier Regnault Olivier joined Boss Energy in September 2025 and holds a PhD in Hydrogeology and Geochemistry. He has over 15 years experience in mining operations across Kazakhstan, France, Canada and Africa and is a technical expert in uranium in-situ leach, mine planning and advanced modelling.
