Ms Keats is a lawyer and resources executive with more than 20 years of corporate and commercial experience, including almost 15 years in the mining industry. She has held senior management, executive, director and managing-director roles with publicly listed companies across the development cycle.
Ms Keats brings experience in legal matters, operations, financing, government relations, offtake agreements and company-secretarial functions. During her time with uranium producer Paladin Energy, she managed the group's legal function as the company advanced its second African mine from development into production.
Ms Keats is Chair of Boss Energy's Human Resources Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
